Perhaps, the second best Call-out thread, that Iron Sanctuary has ever seen.

Game On, Old Man.
Do not fear The Iron, for it does not care.

I am 100% fucking serious.

Training 6 days a week now. Eating shitloads of bacon and drinking lots of beer.

Gauntlet: thrown down.

Same here.

Training full on, 4 days, resting, and getting stronger.
July is my next Meet. Or possibly June in Brantford, Ontario. Come to your neck of the woods and hand you your ass.

Boston to Toronto is $230 round trip...

FWIW I think lifting weekends where there's no rush to finish up, and sleeping a little later on Monday is a solid plan. Think I recommended that to you 3 years ago, glad to see you taking my advice 6 weeks ago  ::)

I haven't touched a weight in well over a week.  Only lifted once, in the past 2 1/2 weeks.  Although that once, was the Meet. :D

Beaten up last week, and 2 deadlines.

Back at it for Squat Night tonight, and then Bench Night tomorrow.  Friday, I'll be at InsurreXtion all weekend.

Either way, I'm getting the work in, and When the Date is settled for next year, Flex will has a Sad.

Last winter I lifted almost every Saturday, IIRC.  Over the summer I did a few weekend sessions but not many.

From now until my next comp I will lift every Sat/Sun possible.
