Bando- DB's are the universal fixer upper.  When I got real bad anterior shoulder impingement, I switch to DB's for all chest work for about a year, shoulders healed and I never lost strength.

Pretty good day, right elbow is still sore a fuck, didn't hurt during any pressing movements, did hurt whenever it's being pulled though...DL should scuk pretty hard tomorrow. :-\

No elbow issues today! pretty sure it's the bar sink that's doing it so that's the end of that

pulled conventional for warm ups and attempted top set at 520, made it to the knees before my form broke down, which would have been a PR for conventional. Oh well
