Things went well today. Rows were a little tough. My elbows are a little upset at me but what doesn't hurt. ::) Everything else was fine.

Thanks Shawn. Deads are feeling pretty good. Rows not so much. They just feel heavy as hell.

A good day today in the gym. Bench feels like it's finally coming around. No bumps today on any accessories but I think I'll add a rep on pullups for the next cycle and maybe for db bp
