Quick update, I've set some new goals. I decided to drop weight and compete in the 93kg class at the Boss of Norcal meet in November. Its at Dan Green's gym in Mountain View. BW is down to about 100kg (from 103kg). Should be a pretty straight forward weight cut. For now i've got my calories around 2500/day and weight is coming off. I'm starting a new training block today and will be logging my workouts.

That's exciting stuff Andy.  The Boss of Norcal should be an awesome meet.  It should definitely have the kind of atmosphere perfect for setting new PRs. :)

I'm with you on the weight cut.  I'm doing the same thing right now.  My gut grew even more than PRs during my last block. :D
If you don't find the limit you don't have to answer that question...you have no limit.

Ok, time to start logging again. I'm registered for the USAPL Boss Of NorCal8 on November 17th. I'll compete Masters 1a, in the 93kg class. I need to cut 4kg to make weight.

Training is going well, I'm getting more consistent and focused now that summer is winding down. (I like to goof off, drink lots of beer and mess around at the lake during the summer)

Dood, u are back! Almost time to dust off my journal as well. Strong squats and deads buddy. Bench is moving great too. I am so damn light right now itís gonna be a while before I am lifting Andy weights again.

thanks, my strength is almost back to where it was at my last meet and i'm down 10lbs BW. I really had a bad strength crash after that last meet. Trying to regain lost ground. Looking forward to seeing your work in your log. Good job on the weight cut, I know you will be back lifting heavy
