Strong session, judging by the RPE you have tons of room to grow!

Not sure about growth room, but I'd be happy to hold onto as much strength as I can as i cut down.

Thanks.  Yes, tons of volume, but lower weights makes it easy to get through so far.  Looking ahead the volume actually increases.

That is a killer lifting session Ron. I'd love to run that program but I just don't have time over lunch and the gym where I have a membership doesn't have the right equipment.  Once the wife is gainfully employed again I think it's time for a garage gym.
I alternate each week on the speed squats. One week I'll do 2ct pause at the bottom of the hole and the next week I'll do a 5ct descend and then power up.

I really like working out at home now.  At first, i was worried a little about staying motivated, but now it's no problem at all.  The Gold's that I used to lift at has since closed down but it was basically a Planet Fitless without all the purple shit.  Not many hardcore choices near me except for Brian Alsruhe's Neversate strongman gym but I was feeling like I was in the way with them always running yokes up back and forth in front of the squat racks.

SBD in every session. No stone unturned in this program. Looking great Ron
.
Thanks Andrew.  Feeling pretty good too.  No aches and pains.  Just that feeling like I done some work :D

Great looking workout yesterday Ron.  Man you're really getting a lot of good quality looking sets in there.  That's an impressive amount of benches and rows in particlular. :)

Rough workout today.  Stayed up too late, drank too much, layed around most of the day before forcing myself off the couch to get a session in.
