Thanks! I got everything but my bench and power bar off of craigslist for probably around $400 total... not bad for a rack and about 800 lbs. of weight

Hey fella's (and ladies)... Long time off but I'm getting back at it now. So by the end of 2016, I built up a good amount of strength and lost a bit of weight.

End of 2016 PR's and BW:

Body weight: 325lbs (from 360lbs)

Squat: 515
Bench: 300x2 (2-board 320x2)
Deads: 500

I got hurt (pulled thumb/forearm tendon) and was down and out for about a month, then started a job that required a lot of my extra time at the beginning. I never got back into the garage until now. I got back up to 365-370lbs and was miserable so my wife and I decided to do something about it. Since November I have lost about 45lbs (now around 324lbs) and going down. For the first time in my life I have my diet and cardio in check and now time to add some weight training.

I will be starting with Stronglifts 5x5 again and then switch to another program (still up in the air... Madcow/531/ or possibly go with my old powerlifting coach). I hope to catch back up with you guys and happy to be back!

Past few days are really nothing to write home about... but here we go

Friday 6/1/2018

Warm up

Squat: 45 1x1. Was plenty stretched out but had a tinge in my right knee. Decided to stop and take it easy on it for now.

Bench: 45 3x15

Bent Rows: 45 3x15

Finished off by a 20 min bike ride around my house

Monday 6/4/2018

Warm Up

Bench: 65 5x5

Bent Rows: 65 5x5

Again the knee wasnít cooperating so just more stretching for now. It is getting better and better though

Wednesday 6/6/2018

Warm Up

OHP: 45 5x5

Deads: 135 3x5

Everything felt great... even the deads. Went on another 25-30 min bike ride. Knees and legs are feeling better and better. I will start squats Monday
