Well, grip is certainly shot to hell! Looks like it's going to be a slow road back to where I was at. Couldn't believe how weak my grip was when everything else felt fine.

Grip will come back, especially once you get over your head cold.  I've been fighting one myself.  I keep telling the wife it's getting better, but it is taking forever it seems.

FFS...dealing with a NEW cold...grrr Getting real tired of this.
I hope the grip comes back soon. Was humbling/embarrassing to have grip giving out on 245  :-[

Shoulder still twigs a bit now and then and some days it just hurts. Figure I'll end up getting surgery within the next couple of years.

No lifting today. Felt crappy going to work and by noon felt bad enough to leave and head home.

Good amount of volume there! Glad you're finally feeling better. I hate lifting with sinus pressure, I already feel like my eyes are about to pop out of my head, sinus pressure makes it 100% worse.
