Don't worry about those wankers.

You won't be seeing them in NJ, will you?  :D
Nope, just one big guy crying while I drink a celebratory Beer.

Excellent. I'll introduce you to a 190lb 18 year old that squats 500 and deadlifts 700.

And here we are.

training has been better this time around.  Not as good as I hoped, but it's better.

I've been slowly backing away from training people, and it's helped.  I've also been using headphones more often.

So, as it stands, I've tested my Squat and Bench openers for the Rumble.  555, and 340.  I'll test my deadlift Opener on Saturday.  Looking at 580.  Shouldn't be tough, as I've pulled 585 multiple times in the past few months.

To, Openers are looking to be 555, 340, 580.  Second attempts will be 580, 355, 605.  3rds will be taken from how those moved.

Weight should come in at roughly 245-250.  I'm not cutting, just walking in as is.

As of right now, Gene says I'm judging the morning session, and then lifting in the Saturday PM Session.  That leaves me a little unsteady, as Sabrina is competing Bench only that morning, and I'll have to be there with her.  That makes for a long day.  I'll have to eat all day long.

10 days out.

Set a new PR.

Worst.
Meet.
Ever.

Went 1 for 9.

Bomb Squats, and strained something in my lower Back.

Hit my opener bench, 2nd attempt got stuck and Abs & Low Back cramped hard.  Worsened the strain.  Was pondering Deads, and since Id rather walk away uninjured, I passed on my Deads.

Back to the Drawing board and time to sort out how to fix my problems.

hahahaha... It's an RPS Meet... I helped setup on Friday, judged the morning session, and as soon as I passed on Deads, I was back spotting.

Really sorry about all this man.  :(
No worries.  I took a different approach to this Meet, and was confident.  But truthfully, with how busy I've been, I should have known I needed another month or two to get proper.

I'm disappointed, but still had a great time, despite what the numbers show.

I'm honestly happy, now that Flex, you didn't spend the cash to come down to it.
