Thanks, trap bar's are awesome as your arms arm in a more natural position when lifting. I've given up the straight bar altogether. Feels much better on the lower back also.

I bought a cheap trap bar a few years ago.  I like it a lot, my only beef with it is that it's a bit too wide for me (as in the handles are too far apart).  My arms are out to the side more than I'm comfortable with, so when I go really heavy, I get a rather weird straining feeling in my lats.  As a result, I often stick with sets of 5, and rarely do work < 3 reps with it.

Hey, I carried it's heavy ass down there, it can find its own way home!  ;) :P

Seriously though, I had already done a bunch of walks and thought to video the last bit.
