Bike. 30min 6.6mi 13 resistance 

PT homework 

   Leg raises on back 

   Leg raises on side

   Leg raises on stomach 

   Banded bent knee rotation with band

   Standing leg swings, f/b, side to side 

   Banded lateral walks

   Banded 45 degree step out 

   Step ups with pause

   Hip Bridges

   Ham stretching 

   10 x 3 on all

That, all in all, took 75 minutes,  so no iron today.  Gotta go do the things.
