Skipped the optionals to move my gym to the other side of my basement. I’ll be able to deadlift without getting on my wife’s bad side for the noise under the family room.

Started rough but got better as I went. Fasted all day and body aches from moving the rest of the gym.  Now time for some  :beerchug:

Wow, great setup. Don't see many home gyms with that rig for back extensions/glute ham raises.

I got that because I think my back is the weakest part of my deadlift. Trying to use it more that when I first got it.
