Been a while. I havenít lifted since my last journal entry here until last week. Iím fat, weak, but motivated to get back at the iron. Thinking of competing again in July at PA states. Weíll see about that. Iím old so not worried of embarrassing myself. Iíve done that enough times to be used to it.
