Squats are looking solid, great speed coming out of the hole on those vids.

If it wasn't for my squats right now I'd be suicidal.  WTF bench is so shit.  I was doing triples at 315 on the regular at the beginning of the year.  Now it's rare I can even get a single.

Getting old sucks.
Haha well bench is my only lift I can push right now so know those feels. Keep grinding, u are the strongest ol fellar I have ever met  8)

I bet if you switch to primarily DB's for a couple weeks you'll come back strong with the BB.
