Great looking workout yesterday Anthony.  Nice job on the squats man.

That's interesting about the leg drive and the trap bar deadlift.  I've always had trouble feeling that cue too in training.  Maybe I'll give the trap bar at Untamed a try next time I'm in there.

It was crazy to actually feel leg drive in my pull as I never do with my conventional pull. Now that I'm aware of that feeling I'm hoping that using Trap pulls will carry over well with my conventional pull, especially for initiating leg drive.
