I think that's the Church in Rochester NY. That's where the August comp will be held as well if I'm following along correctly.

Not a bad day today. Accessories were a little tougher today but still got it done. Bench is finally feeling okay. We'll see in about a week I guess.

9 days to go.  Workouts where going great, but the last two weeks I've been getting my ass handed to me by the log.  Hopefully I'm just burnt and need a good deload next week.  Time will tell.

I know the guy that owns the gym/ runs the meets.  I think he didn't want to be a dick and cancel knowing I had trained for it.  It was really odd, but still kind of had fun.  Got a 5 lb squat pr, but I'd like to think if it wasn't such a strange situation I'd have gotten some big pr's.  I was ready for a meet, but at least got a chance to lift with spotters.  And, it got me out of my basement.

Squats are finally back on track!!!!

585x2 (wrapped) Tad high, but it felt good to not only-not fail it, but double it

Leg press (some of the lower set numbers may be wrong, we were jumping up fast)
all sets completely raw, not even sleeved.
