Notes: plan was to put the bar on the back and feel things out and at least get some blood flow. Felt the injury but not really painful. Stayed light and not because I wanted too, just not ready.
Rest was good, moved some good weights around.
Day 4 tomorrow morning.

DB bench 90s x 15

Inching closer to the 100s and actual weight status. Shoulder didn't feel bad after this amazingly enough.

That's because DB's are incredibly forgiving for shoulders. 11 years of heavy lifting, 85% of my benching has been DB's and my shoulders are fine at 50 years old.

Week 7 l Day 2

Deads  >:(

1 x 385
F x 385
F x 385
F x 385
F x 385

Fuck this!

Bench

4 x 200
4 x 200
4 x 200
4 x 200

Heavy. Shitty workout tonight.  Deads just weren't budging after the first set.  I should've just gone for 4 reps on that first set and left it at that but judging from that vid I might have only gotten 2 or 3.

A wise man told me I'll live to lift another day though and he's right.

Moving on...

You're being smart.  Take care of that hammy/groin.
Mudding sucks, but ceiling mudding blows.

Waking Weight after nights: 181

Hip circle work
SLDL’s and RDL’s with light DB
Baby makers

Deads: program set supposedly to be 475 4x1 but more a feel out session. I wrapped my leg in floss bands each set as a precaution:

135 x 6
225 x 6
250 x 5
250 x 5
300 x 3
390 x 2

Bench:

10xbar of CGBP/wide/comp
135 x 5
185 x 3
225 x 2

Program Sets: all paused
245 x 4
245 x 4
245 x 4
245 x 4 @ 8.5 (best feeling Set)

Pendlays:
135 x 6
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5
225 x 5 @6

Dun:

Notes: well I guess this was a good day. I tested out deads, honestly they felt pretty good, the injury just made me “aware” it was there breaking off the floor. I wrapped my leg all Sets just to be cautious. At the end I did a couple reps of 225 without floss bands and it felt fine.
Bench was pretty good, shoulders are axed from another long ceiling mudding shift yesterday but was able to pause all my reps with my last set feeling the best.
Pendlays went good actually but stayed light to avoid any leg assistance.

Sunday we will do day 3. Oh, and worth mentioning: I am in the lead now Daveycame from over a week behind you and dominated the consistency circuit

10/20/2017 - Bike at Work

Biked 26.5 miles in 1:31:54, 17.3 mph average speed.  Good ride today.  We pieced together a new route today, and ended up climbing an ugly hill because of a detour.  Weather was a little cooler, but it was still a nice day.
