Tough day for bench Shawn. With your work ethic it will move though. The new program and a change of pace will jumpstart it I'm sure. That 190 ohp was sick though. That is really impressive.  :clap:
Thanks Rich, getting pretty used to lack of bench progress so it's all good. 315 is like a carrot dangling in the wind, way way on the horizon, and its smiling at me, its also softly whispering to me....

still some damn good benching but sorry you missed the 290 target. Good luck on deadlift day

Fell behind a bit.  Very cool getting to train at Thrall's gym!   


I always carry on about your ridiculous squat and deadlift numbers so I'll just mention the close grip numbers too which are also climbing rapidly. It really doesn't seem all that long ago that you and I are were thinking how cool a 2 plate bench would be.  Now it's happening with a close grip.  Gotta love this sport  8)

5th week in a row of 6's. I've been able to get linear progression of +10lbs per week until tonight where i added 5lbs but overshot RPE a little. Sstrength off tonight. Hard to tell if it was just an off night, or if maybe i peaked last week.
