10/19/2017 - Bike at Work

Biked 25.1 miles in 1:22:18, 18.3 mph average speed.  Excellent ride today.  Now that I have a little trust in the bike again, I was able to let loose a little bit, and pick up the pace from yesterday.  Weather warmed up, so we were able to go back to short sleeves, which was nice.

I agree with the decision to rest the leg. Nice work on the bench though especially with all the mudding. I don't mind mudding but I hate sanding. Hope you heal fast.
Thanks Rich, mudding is ok, just hate doing ceilings. This project is going to require a shitload of sanding unfortunately!

I'm with reduni.  I despise sanding.  Especially if my wife patches a section because this deems it important to cake an extra 1/4" on.   >:(
Haha ya sanding just sucks. I am mudding over a swirl pattern textured ceiling so just the first coat was a bucket and a half. Second coat tomorrow so hope things shape up a bit

Good one today.  Took an extra day off yesterday to spend with the kids and watch hockey.  Spending so much time at the hospital lately with dad that time with the kids has been lacking.  Had my son down with me tonight helping with my workout and watching the game as well.  It was a good night :)

Notes: late one after work. Drew did squats while I did rehab. Was jelli watching him kill his squats lol.
Bench went ok, not good but not bad.
Upper body was pumped like crazy by the end.

Injury is still sore but the BW squats and goblets felt ok. Baby steps I guess
