Looking good buddy, sorry I havenít talked much to you, been nutso with the move the last couple days. I did get my gym downstairs today, itís a big mess but will get it together soon as possible. Gonna need a deload after this move me thinks!

Really? The 4 days off of training weren't enough?  ::) ;)   ;D

Deads 1@8 385 lbs, 5x5 315 lbs
Bench 1@8 225, 5x5 180 lbs
3-0-3 tempo squats - worked up to 10x175, backoff set 165x10

NIce work Dave. Accumulating some good volume. If I remember correctly it only goes up right? It seemed like a lot but you get used to it. Results will show by the end for sure.

NIce work Dave. Accumulating some good volume. If I remember correctly it only goes up right? It seemed like a lot but you get used to it. Results will show by the end for sure.

It stays the same for until week 5 or 6 I believe and then the volume starts to drop a bit and the intensity creeps up.

Block pulls - worked up to 365x4, 345x4
Close Grip Bench - wirked up to 205x4, 195x4
RDL's - worked up to 245x10, 235x10



Leaving in an hour for Myrtle Beach. Found a good strength gym really close to us. Man I can't wait. This winter can fuck right off.

Hope you're having fun in Myrtle Beach. :)  Man I'm jealous of you...spending time at the beach with a good gym close by.  It doesn't get much better than that! :D
