Thanks buddy, the one thing I wanted in this prep was a double at 430, just to know that weight will not be a mindfuk on the platform!

Still hit a 2RM PR on your pulls. I'd say that was a successful night. It also takes a lot sometimes to check that ego and put the number you had in mind aside for another day.

Thanks Andy, ya I guess any progress is not from lack of trying. I am looking forward to a break though, it’s been a long winter of training PL’ng programs.

Still hit a 2RM PR on your pulls. I'd say that was a successful night. It also takes a lot sometimes to check that ego and put the number you had in mind aside for another day.

Thanks Anthony, ya I guess I should be happy with the 2 rep PR, but it doesn’t really reflect much in terms of progress.
It’s all good though, meet week will be pretty low stress and some much needed recovery before the big day!

Thanks Greg! Bench is doing ok I think but it never ceases to disappoint haha.
This whole program deads have been strong but never had that “damn I feel good on these” days at all. Hope they peak nicely and I can hit a big pull at the meet!

Regardless I need to shake fatigue big time. About 5am this morning my body was feeling run the fuk over!
