I did warmups and then my openers today for a single.  Went quite well. Taking the last few days off did wonders!

Weight this morning: 195.8 

Squats - 295x1 felt about rpe 7 or 8.  Really not all that hard which is a good sign.
Bench - 220 x 1 really easy. 
Deads 405 x 1.  Pretty quick off the ground.  Slowed a bit more than I wanted it to around mid shin but lockout was strong.  I'll still open with it.

Submitting openers in a few minutes. 295/220/405

This has been a good prep for me.  I was nervous going into it because I've never really done a lot of rpe style training before but Shawn and John were huge helps along the way so thanks guys!! Hopefully the meet goes without a hitch and we'll all have a blast regardless.
