Notes: deads felt excellent, this is the best day for hip pain I have had for as long as I can remember!
Switched my bench programming to RTS style, shoulder felt better today but didnít push too hard.

Notes: good session today, just a top set of floor press 4@9 programmed today so knocked that off before squats. Squats felt fine, still working on tiny tweaks as I go but pain is getting better still.
