I think 600 is going to be your second attempt and you've got 625 in your sights.

saw the full vid yesterday, great lift Flex
that must surely be a great confidence booster for the meet in August

it did look easy ( and yes I know looks can be decieving and that chit is real heavy)

600 or 600+ at the meet

Think of it this way,

It is a 2.5% increase, 7.5 lbs per leg...
Basically, the same fucking weight.

And, watch the video, that bar moved.. may have felt like a grinder, but from the sidelines, it looked tough but not a 'grind' per say..

Oooooh, I like that way of thinking.  Totally going to use this myself at meets "it's just x lbs more per arm/leg".   8)
