Damn that is some fat chains!  I was going to pick some chain up at a hardware store, but i don't think they have that size.  I think 5/8" was the thickest they had.

That bamboo bar looks fun and scary all at once.  Especially doing JMs!   How's the PVC hold up?   Is it regular sched-40 or 80?

How many feet do you think I'd need per string?  I found an online site selling the same grade/size chains for $7.68 per foot with free shipping over $79.  For the price of BWTG ($92), I'd be able to get 12' of chain for the same price.  I'm thinking I could bump that up to 16' for 2 sets of 4' chains.  Should they be longer or shorter?

I also found a site that sells bulk.  BIG bulk!  Like 2000' of 1/4" chain in drums.  Useless for our purposes, but for 5/8" grade 30 coil chain they have 150' for $5.38 per foot ($807) and free freight.  They also have 75' for $6.91 per foot ($519).  Something to think about if someone was..., say..., starting a gym or something.

Change the box after the second deadlift set from 1 3/4 to 1 1/4. Makes a lot of difference. Training felt good even that I was spotting and loading all day yesterday at an USAPL meet in Alexandria, VA. Used the Husafel stone just like a zercher squat. Kept my back tight, butt push back and knees out. Great new toy!!!
