My plan:
1. Wear my sexy smeduim Inzer again but this time 220 or below.
2. 500+squat
3. Tree fiddy bench
4. Fuk the deadlift
5. Have fun and add 100lbs to last years total
6. Needed another number because I hate ending on odd numbers

Flex.....you are selling yourself short on deads (srs)...by 50lbs or more.  I have some ideas for ya if you are up for it?   Your issues biggest issues as I see them are very similar to mine before I went back to square one.

Wish we could train some together.  You could surly help with my squat numbers!

Since the comp I have really tanked.  Haven't pulled even a 5-plate DL since.

Would love to just be able to make it!   Always a tough time of year.   Who knows?!   Thinking I might hit a RPS meet in June that is not far from me.  At least then I could do it 'right' and come in well rested and at the weight I want to.

Trying to do that for the NY meet would be nearly impossible unless I wanted to make it a much longer trip.   (the 14hr drive takes me a few days to recover from alone!).  But I could always just walk-in off the street and just do my best for that day.   It might not be my absolute best....but it will be fun to hang with everyone.  It would make it a lot easier to just go up to 220 class....but it would suck to weigh 205 in there!

I'll be there.  Not sure on my weight class though.  I probably should be able to cut back down to 165 since I still had a lot of lard on me at 162 last year.  I'll know more by spring time when i do the Mid-Atlantic meet again.  I'm hoping to be in the mid-400s for squat and deadlift and close to 300 for bench.  I'll be doing a mock-meet at the end of October where I'll be aiming for a 405 squat, 260 bench and any improvement I can get for deadlift will be great.

It's time for me to start considering my competitions for 2015.

As much as I would like to make this Meet, I realized last year, that I was pulling the Southern Mass Blast together while I was training for this Meet, and it adversely affected both of them.  The registrations for the SMB closed the Friday night we weighed in, and I was receiving registrations while I was weighing in.  Trying to coordinate and direct a Meet at the same time was too much.

So, I'm backing out of this one. 

My plan had been to do the RPS Power Challenge in October, but it conflicts with an event I've been trying to get to for about 4 years now.  The PC was local for me, and I wouldn't have had to get a hotel for the weekend.  But I confirmed this weekend, that there was a conflict, and so, I must rethink my plan.

Which Brings me to Annihilation in Gardiner, NY.  There were about 80 lifters there last year, and all in one day.

It's either this one, or Back down to InsurreXtion in November.

Let me know what local meets you are doing in 2015 and I may just show up for one.

There are a couple dudes I know from another board in your area that also compete in RPS, so I'd like to compete with all of you.

Well heck, it'll suck to lose you at the NY meet, Alex.  Totally understand though!  Will look forward to sharing the platform with you again sometime down the road 2016-ish or whenever

I wouldn't mind going down to Gardiner for a meet. I'm originally from Newburgh NY which is a few miles away so I'm pretty familiar with the area.

Looks like Rheta West and her boyfriend bought Hercules Gym in Syracuse NY. It will be moving (closer to me too ). Just thought I'd let those know who know her or care. Grand opening will be around Feb and lll be there.
