Good to hear your shoulder is still playing nice  :)

You're looking quite lean in your pics already. Have you got a target weight in mind?

I think the grip and elbow change is helping me on the shoulder. Fingers are crossed.

I competed last year at @156#(153 after water drop). Been trying to add some mass this year.
I put on 8# and am now trying to slowly peel off some fat and see if I got any mass to show for it.
Trying evaluate if what I tried did any good. I was hoping to snag a couple #'s, but I don't know'
We'll see.

Thanks for asking.

Saw your progress pics. Upper body lookin' thick.

OK, this week I got a crappy start. Monday, had to help my 85yo mom deal with some medical stuff.
So, no training. Tues I thought I would try some stuff I saw on some Larry Scott videoes. No lockout front squats w/leg ext and curls in tri-sets, plus some other nonsense.  After I was done, I felt like I wasted my time, so today I got back on schedule, minus squatting.

Wed Bwt 162.6

Neutral grip p/u's.
bwt x 10,8,8

Deads
115x5
165x5
205x3,3,3

Rows
115x8
145x5,5,5

BB shrugs
175x6,6,6

BB curls
85x5,5,5

BB spider curls
45x8,8,8

Think I'll squat again tomorrow.
