OK, this week I got a crappy start. Monday, had to help my 85yo mom deal with some medical stuff.
So, no training. Tues I thought I would try some stuff I saw on some Larry Scott videoes. No lockout front squats w/leg ext and curls in tri-sets, plus some other nonsense. After I was done, I felt like I wasted my time, so today I got back on schedule, minus squatting.
