Stile:
Still working out. Up too three days a week doing the Wendler full body full boring. Doing deadlifts again. Also put on about ten pounds for the first time in 10 years and all my numbers went up pretty good. Think I'll stick to 175 BW and see where the numbers go. So far hit bench 225x8, squat 290x12, overhead press 175x2, deadlifts still coming along so I haven't really tried it for a max rep session yet.
