Good looking workouts recently Ron.  Lots of good movements and weight being moved.  Is that still the Calgary Barbell plan you're following?

If in doubt, squat and run hills. So you walk into the gym and don't know what to do? Then squat and run hills. -Wendler

Still alive and barely lifting.  I'm a fat fuck once again and weak as a kitten.  I've been trying to get back into it, but having some trouble.  Lots of stuff going on that I don't really want to get into, but lets just say, it's been tough loving what I once held close.

That doesn't sound good, hope whatever is happening blows over soon. I cannot wait to see you get back on the wagon and kicking all the ass.

Dusting this old pile up.

Today’s workout made me realize I need to come up with a program. I kinda stole what I did from one old session listed here.

Low bar squats
Worked up to 245 x 5 then did a couple back off sets with 225

High at squats
3-4 sets of 5 ranging from 135 to 175

OHP super set with BOR
OHP 4 sets of 6 ranging from 65 to 95
BOR 4 sets of 8 with 135
