OHP.

45x10
65x10
85x5
105x3
125x3
135x3
155x3
155x3
155x3
155x3
155x3
90x10
90x10
90x10
90x10
90x10

Done in 47 min.

Everything went smooth for the most part, my right elbow was being a bitch but it complied.

I love workout sessions like this, all spent on one good compound exercise.  I could easily do this with OHP, Deads and BP, but usually about 35 minutes into it I make myself move on to something else.

And by the way that is a super strong bunch of OHP's!  5 sets of 155x3 followed by 5 sets of 90x10...  Good strength endurance there.
PRs:
OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

Took a couple extra days off from the gym this week. Not really intended that way but just how things rolled out due to scheduling. Tonight I'll be going in for deads and OHP. Gonna hit both to make up for lost time.

Right now though, I'm enjoying some nice Benny Goodman on Spotify (whilst lurking on Meso Rx) and watching Mrs.M bustle around on the new iMac. It came in yesterday to work. So I made sure I got home before I had pick up Mrs.M and had it set up so as it would be ready when she walked through the door.

Not the most productive of days, but rather satisfying.

Yeah the gym didn't exactly work out yesterday. Instead I decided to hang out with my Dad instead (via xbox). It was well worth it as far as I am concerned. I have only seen my Dad once in the past 10 years and that was only for an evening (about 5 years ago) and during that 10 years communication has sparse due to both our schedules.

Though in the past couple of years things have changed in both our lives and time is a little more available so we make sure to set aside time every second weekend to hang out!

(My Dad is by far my best friend and personal super hero, so I'll take whatever time I can get with him)

In any case, I managed to get in today and train.

....fuck it, I'm done.

I had to skip deadlift accessory crap and really plow through the OHP stuff, not quite what I was looking for but it was what it was. The gym was closing at 7 and I got in just before 6 so I had to boogie.

I won't lie, those deads took their toll on me by the third single...I'm embarrassed that 385 was kicking me around as hard as it was. It's ok though, I'll get back to the 500's again

 soon than later I hope.

Also I am going to be helping with set up and tear down for a powerlifting competition the weekend of March 4th for Elite Powerlifting Canada. It's being held at the Holiday Inn near the Toronto Airport. Kinda excited, won't lie. :)))

Anyways, laundry time, food time, dishes time, bath time, bed time.

 Time to sign off.

 Cheers
