-Cardio-

Close to 1000 tires were picked/packed/unloaded/and set into place from our warehouse to our new off site warehouse by yours truly and my summer assistant. There was no fancy equipment or procedures involved. It was as dirty and old school as it gets. So hours of rolling/throwing/kicking/chasing/and being beat on by these tires as we got them from point A to point B in a cube van.

I truly don't remember the last time my arms were this fatigued.

To think I get to do it all over again tomorrow.

 Hurray.....FML.

weighed in at 211 when I got home from work....

I worked in a diesel shop for a couple years. As the newbie I got to stack semi tires, then I got to change them, repair them and balance them. Glad I got past that point after a while and actually got to start working on the mechanicals.
Twice a week we got tires in and I don't believe I've ever been that exhausted after stacking.

I GOT TO DO THE SAME THING TODAY!

I LOVED EVERY MINUTE IT OF IT!

 I LOVE CARDIO!

I ALSO LOVE DESTROYING NISSAN MAXIMAS WITH FORKLIFTS! (true story, I got to do that today!)

THIS IS MY 1100TH POST, HURRAY!!!

-Military Press-

110x5
130x5
145x8

1RM = 180

-Shrugs-

50sx10
80sx10
80sx10

Sledgehammer work

-Out-

I really should have dropped to 50% on my military press and did 3-5 sets of 10 but I didn't  properly prepare for this mornings workout the way I should have been. Also I missed doing 3 singles at 160  :slap:

 Tomorrow I'll be better prepared.

-Deads-

Barx10
135x5
225x3
265x3
305x3
360x1   >:(
360xFAIL
185x10
185x10
185x10

 Done

So my deads didn't quite go as planned. I was hoping for at least 5-6 reps with the 360 and was shocked at pulling only one. Of course I tried again and to my surprise couldn't do it at all....So I finished up with some volume work and cut.

During my volume work I had noticed my form was horrid, meaning I was doing SLDL's...I believe this is why I struggled with my heavy dead set.

When I was inputing the totals into my spreadsheet I realized I should have only be using 340 instead of 360....(sigh). Also I (again) forgot to work on any heavy singles (minus the 360 of course).

This is what happens when your late for the gym...again.

 Bench tamarrah!

You'll have days like that occasionally.  Put them behind you and trudge on.  There'll be days a lot better ahead.

The heat wave finally passed, so I am guessing you'll have much better days coming. That had to have been taxing you.
Last meet lifts:  245/125/285
April 2017:  235/130/255

This is true! I'm so excited and focused on all the upcoming meets and the plans I have for myself that this past week hasn't bothered me. Hell I even fucked up my training AGAIN today....do I care? nope....zero fucks given, though I do need to stop doing that.
