^^^Thanks guys!

I'm hoping we can get this resolved soon. I'm sure I'll be getting the results within the next couple of weeks. In the mean time I'll be keeping a record of my BP daily and I hope to see it drop....like my weight after this competition.

Real good bench day. My workouts lately, when I've been able, have been "fly by the seat of my pants".

Rehabing sucks.  :(
Eric

Squat - 255 :(
DL - 375
OHP - 130
Bench - 275

-Squats-

Barx6
135x6
135x10 ---Speed rep'd, fastest I've ever done squats....ever!
225x5
315x3
365x1
410x1 ---Gym PR!

Bailed!

To be honest I was a hair width away from not going to the gym, even when I got there I was under the notion I was going to do light squats since my right hip was feeling pissed off.

....then I hit a gym PR. I'll take it!

So I did that, hauled 800+ tires, AAAAAAND got my xOVERCOMEx I.S. Hoodie in!

oh and I got to cut from work early, which has meant EARLY BEER TIME! YAY!

Awesome squat day!  Ain't that just the way it goes sometimes... You plan on it being a light day, and you hit a PR.  Other times you plan a heavy workout, and it feels like a vortex opened up with extra gravity under the gym that day.
PRs:
OHP 140 - 8/27/15
BP 245 - 4/7/17
DL 345 - 8/26/15
Squat - ugh
Leg Press 670x2 - 12/10/15

-Deads-

135x5
225x5
315x3
365x1
415x1----Tough
425x1---- +5 lbs gym PR.

I was supposed to be doing a some lighter, higher rep work....instead I pulled a 5 lbs gym PR outta my ass.

 Works for me.

^^^^ Thanks guys!

I know I won't be hitting the  numbers I wanted at this meet. But as long as I can emulate the same numbers if not a little more I'll be happy.

I wanted that 1250 in the worst way, but training hasn't been as successful this time around. I've made changes that backfired, injuries, etc.

 You live, you learn, right?

So I've began returning to my older ways of training which seems to be working a bit better.

Let's see if if I can at least get 1145 again!
