Why didn't you do BB bench first?  I always try to put the "power" lifts as the first exercise of my workouts.  Are you focusing on the military press?

Bummer...I hate that.  Usually I'll just stand there and wait or ask to work in.  It doesn't bother me in the slightest when someone else works in, so I just pretend that everyone's like me and always ask whenever there's no free bench.

mmm, not gonna count this as a workout day. Spent 1/2 hour waiting for Oly lifting person to come coach me. >:(

Whilst waiting did maybe 60 front squats with bar or 95 trying to get the hang of a clean grip  ::) , did about 60 Deadlifts looking at my form and getting my back straight. Got mad and started putting some weight on the bar when she finally showed. Showed me the 1st couple steps towards the clean & jerk.

Back to Cycle II Day 1 tomorrow.

When you write, "Clean Grip", do you mean the actual grip when you're cleaning or the hand position when the bar is racked? From the rack, the hands are open facing palm up, bar resting on fingertips, elbows pointed as high as you get them. When practicing front squats for cleans, it's best to use the rack position in your hands to condition your CNS to just do it naturally when you start putting all the pieces together.

Good work on those back squats earlier, by the way.

I know what singlets are for powerlifting, wrestling, and Olympic lifting...all basically the same thing. Do bodybuilders really wear singlets, and if so, why?
