We took some time off since Buffalo, and we are now back at it.  Not my most powerful bench session, but I was glad to be moving and lifting again.

Bench Press:
45 x 10
95 x 8
105 x 6
115 x 3
115 x 2

115 x 3

115 x 1
95 x 8

Cardio:
Treadmill, 25 minutes

Yoga
Healing Yoga, focus on prevention of osteoporosis, 30 minutes

This was my first ever attempt at yoga.  I have wanted to try it forever, but was too intimidated.  I found an excellent instructor who does online tutorials.  Not surprisingly, the parts that required strength were easy for me, and the parts that required flexibility were difficult.  It was a tough 30 minutes, but I'm sure the more I do it, the better I'll get at it.  The stretching and breathing felt wonderful, and I actually felt relaxed at the end.   :)

Thanks Dave!  No, I'm finished for the year.  I am not even sure about a Spring meet.  Jan - March are super busy for me and after this year I told myself never again, as it was all too stressful.  But who knows, I may change my mind about that, and end up doing April and August again, lol...
