Thanks bro

I was a bit worried as i have been slacking pretty hard but they went up a lot easier then i would have ever thought and even got more reps on the last set vs. the lighter weight last week.  I was also able to do them with less of a pause in-between and just quicker/better overall which has to be from the extra cardio I have been getting (which i do not log)

I need to put a piece of tape or two on the bar it is to easy to grab it off center and they you are fighting it and it is a losing battle at that point

work and baseball have been killing me.  This was the weekend I was planning to get back on track and our head coach signed up for a tournament about a hour away that is sucking the life right out of me. 

Yesterday I worked had to take care of something for my dad had my a.c. repaired and then had to get to field by 3 - we got home at 9.30 and i was beat  got to bed at midnight or so.  Got up at 8 today and took care of the dogs had some breakfast and now I am grabbing a shower and getting ready to head back to the tournament.

Lots of excuses right now but I think I need to shift my sleep patterns a bit and hit the gym in the morning.
