wondered if anyone would notice that.  I didn't have a spotter and was nervous about it so i ended up doing a bunch of half reps that i really didn't want to count but since i do not write anything down i wanted a record of them - i don't know

I thought my wife was home but she left - my two boys were home and i didn't want them to have to find me under the bar

I fortunately had a sixteen year old within walking distance when my shoulder went. Fortunately the 150lbs came down pretty soft and he unloaded the bar for me.  :P

aren't you like 6'2 250? a 225 bar wouldn't trap you, just be a little uncomfortable getting it off.
