(05-may-16) Tonight's workout was bananas, (b-a-n-a-n-a-s in Gwen Stefani voice) lol I'd missed a couple of days dealing with life (you know spider bites double ear infections, life 😝) and knowing our 🛳🏖 is quickly approaching, I decided to double up the night, then clang and bang everyday until we leave. So here was the kickoff, pure madness!! Everything but main lifts were 5 sets of 15! 😖🔫
