I might put this on my birthday or Christmas list for my rack.

Man that would be nice for benching!   The liftoff is the most dangerous part for me.   Hard to keep the shoulders tight and pull the bar forward without pain for me.

One of the reviews mentions just that and attached a picture too.  So far, I'm still able to pull the bar out, but I'm still benching noob weights :(

If your rack has at least 2x3 uprights, it might work for you too.  It wouldn't be much fun drilling out the 5/8" holes though.

Well, I'll be darned.  The one cage at a my gym has a mono attachment along these lines, but I haven't tried it because I assumed you needed a second person to operate it.  Now I'm going to have to find out if it retracts on it's own.  Never even occurred to me.  :o

Doesn't look like much clearance in the video, I'd be worried about clipping it if I mis grooved  :-\

hmmmm...that's interesting, and so simple, makes me wonder why regular monolifts are so complex with the hydraulics and what not.

I guess with this, you still have to move forward to re-rack the bar.  Regular monos you stand up and the hooks come back to you.

If it's the same idea, give it a try and let me know your thoughts.

BOOM!  Just finger tightened for now.  Gotta bench today and unlikely have time for squatting.  If I do, it's box squat day.
