Here's the kind I have:

2 green, 2 black, 2 purple

I also have 2 each of red and green mini bands for stretching only but I forget where I got them.  EliteFTS I think.


I pulled the trigger on 2 of the green and 2 of the black this morning.  Thanks again for the recommendation, Flex.  I also bought some Adidas squat shoes on the same order.


The bands showed up this week.  Used them to end my back and bi's workout Tuesday and my elbows are fkn killing me right now.  Not used to that kind of stretching/extension.

Another great thing I like about these Rogue bands is they are so easy to just throw in your suitcase when traveling.  They don't take up any room.  Great for doing a quick 15-20 minutes burnout session w/them before you hit the hotel pool.  8)
