Purchased new belt
« on: August 01, 2016, 12:38:49 PM »
http://www.roguefitness.com/rogue-echo-lifting-belt

Arrived last week, shipping was a little slow but oh well.  This belt is wider and thicker than any I have used in the past.  Use it for things like squats, OHP, upright rows, etc.  I think it will take some getting use to, just because it feels like more of a "brace" than a "belt", but it certainly is "supportive".  I think part of it is the belt is very stiff brand new and the leather needs to loosen up.

Can't beat it for $50 though.

They size those things way small. I ordered a large belt, the same one, and can only use the last two holes.

Nice belt, it should break in within a few weeks.  I remember when I bought mine (lifting large lever belt) it was stiff as hell and always bit the shit out of me, not pleasant, but it broke in quickly.

They size those things way small. I ordered a large belt, the same one, and can only use the last two holes.

There were some instructions on the site as far as measuring for size that I adhered to.  I've ordered belts from other sites and they were too small, so didn't want to make that mistake again.

I ordered an XL and can fit in the 4th hole (while in a bulking state ~235), so it should be about perfect for handling my typical weight fluctuations.
