So, now my progression has me at about 90% on all my lifts last week.  Sq Monday, BP Wednesday, DL on Friday.  3x3, with no assistance work this late in the cycle. 

Deloading this week, start a 2 wk peak (92%+, 3-5 singles), then prime up for meet Oct. 8.
