no belt or shoes, got called out of the gym for work. They felt good though, could feel them giving a nice stretch to a painful area affected by hip problem

no PT appts. until July 9 FFS

going to start supplementing again next week

wish I could leave the beers alone for 6-10 weeks, have some other "supplements" I would like to try

AC gym, leausuely 19 set chest sesh. Started with incline bb and got 185 x 10 and 205 x 4, great pump. PT then back tomorrow, another week off for vacay in 2 weeks:/
