Taking Wed. off of bench was a good idea, elbows felt good through my session today and bench was stronk AF, could have probably knocked out 270 x 6.

You and me both Bando. :)  I'm trusting Boris's programming will do me right too.  The sub-max nature of the work has me second guessing myself sometimes but his stuff has produced results for many.  I'll be watching your results for confirmation that it works...no pressure...go kill it. :D

I'm opening with 1,000 and my PR is 1,100 so in my mind I just have to pick up 110 lbs between 3 lifts  ;)

This^^ You did a hell of a job getting the space in the first place. Then loading and spotting all while trying to warm ups and compete. Thank you for all the hard work. Hopefully it's not so crazy for you next time.
