just a quick update, still pushing hard....what's new though
Adjusting my program to powerlifting / bb'ing.  My PL, program is 12 weeks with 3 cycles, today was the last day of cycle one, so I'll be dropping down next week and starting again and hopefully hitting 415 for triples by the end of that 4 weeks.

405x2.5, almost got my triple, tried to hard on the 3rd rep, boosted my ass off the bench, got on my toes, wrists slightly rolled foward and form went to shit so I missed rep 3.

BB program...yes, the weights are incredibly light, but trust me, after destroying chest with the first exercise trying to do 10 sets with only 10 seconds between sets is rough....along with a really messed up right elbow and left shoulder.

Yikes, good luck with that. I haven't done anything under 6 reps in a couple months and everything feels great.

yeah, I should do something about it.  I know exactly what causes the problem....benching heavy, lol.  It's really aggrevated now and will be for several days.  I won't be able to straighten my right arm without my elbow making a not so nice popping sound that does not feel good, but it'll heal up....just in time for bench next week.  :o ;D

After this comp try going to DB's for awhile, your elbow will thank you and doesn't take a lot off your bench.

so for the past month my DL has been shit, been failing 585 and 2 weeks ago failed 545 :o :o :o :o

Finally, got my shit together and pulled 585 today fairly easily and then repped that bitch for 5!!  My partner was supposed to be recording it and then after I was done, he said a notification popped up and it didn't record........no dude, you didn't hit the f'in record button bc if you did notifications wouldn't have come through..so no f'in vid. It's fine though, I was super happy to finally pull the weight again and I'll get a vid of 605 flying up next week
