Were you doing anything besides lifting?
hahahaha... It's an RPS Meet... I helped setup on Friday, judged the morning session, and as soon as I passed on Deads, I was back spotting.


Hmm, perhaps unloading and spotting aren't conducive to a good performance.

I'm honestly happy, now that Flex, you didn't spend the cash to come down to it.

I feel like maybe if I had come things would have been better.  Very conflicted,

Worst meet I ever had was an RPS meet where I helped with the set up.  Gene was trying to get into the back of his pick up to get out the 100's, so I jumped up there and got them all out.  Then I went right over to the trailer and just sort of joined the crew.  Should have just sat in my truck until weigh ins, but that's just not me. 

Sorry to hear, but now you have a reason to go at it again.

Yep.
It's happened before. 
I did learn from this one, though.

I think at this point, my next one is InsurreXtion 7, November 17th, on Long Island.  The Hofstra Powerlifting team always hosts a good Meet.  Plus they have loads of spotters, loaders, and unloading/Setup crew.

My lower Back is very painful.  I likely strained something pretty bad.  Gotta give it a bit to recover.

As well, After InsurreXtion, I am doing the New Jersey Championship (January 2019), in Multi-ply gear.

Back is considerably recovered. 
Benched last night and hit a nice 315x6. 

Tonight, we'll see how Rows are. 

Strongman Comp is only a 6 weeks away... Gotta get myself strong and healthy for it, then after that, it's focus on InsurreXtion.
