What's better post-workout, carbs or protein?

Looking to kick things up a notch and wondering what's better for recovery...

When you get lean enough, you can start taking advantage of carb manipulation with simple carbs targeted post workout.

Otherwise....just get you required foods in for the day whenever they come.

Guess Flex doesn't have to be concerned. 8)  Seriously though Flex, why the big concern over nutrition?  You're getting your share, and someone else's share too.  ;D  I'm a rolly polly little guy, and eat like a big man trapped in a little mans body, so if I know for damn sure I'm getting enough.
