Red or White?

I decided to do my mock meet today instead of Sunday.  This was my 3rd attempt and I think it's a questionable lift due to depth. 



resting up now for Bench 8)

It's pretty darn close to parallel, if not right on.

Bench is done.  Only a 5lb PR with 255.   :-\  I'll take that along with a 30lb squat PR and adding 60lbs to my squat in 10 weeks.   8)

Deadlift up next.  Good news is I only need to pull 310 for my 1000lb card.  :D  However, I promised myself that if I am able to pull 405, I'll buy me a deadlift bar.  I'm shooting for 405 on my 3rd attempt.

Thanks!  I died on DLs.  I wasn't able to pull my 2nd attempt @ 385.  :(  First attempt was 360 so I ended up with a 1050.  Over 1000, but not what I was wanting.  I'm thinking anything I do improves my squat and nothing I do improves my deadlift.  Doesn't make sense to me and now it's really F'n with my head.  Almost an entire year at about the same weight while I put on over 100 on my squat.

Going out to stock up on celebratory beers and I'll try to get some videos up.

100#'s on your squat in a year is no small feat. All in all, pretty good job.

depth was fine. My red light was for not waiting for the rack command.  :D

I did, but that was all Flex's fault.  I was supposed to keep it light last week but Flex nudged me into it.  I blame him for that PR :)

Vids of the attempts.  The plan was to go 375, 410, 425 then go for 435 if I thought I had it in me (RPS WR for 181lbs 45-49 is 430).  I was too lazy to mess around with chips so I decided on a 10lb PR at 415.  That flew up so I skipped straight to 435.
