Pretty sure it was just weighted pullups without straps and the 1 arm row PR. I can't seem to get away with jumping right into new territory without problems like I used to. Could lift plates fine today at least

Squats, 3 x 10

240 x 10, 10, 245 x 10

Felt like I was sandbagging, 235 last cycle was wayy harder

6 sets calves, 3 sets good mornings.

Getting a 2nd gym membership for a month as my gym is closed for 2 weeks and last year I lacked the discipline to lift in my cold basement those 2 weeks.

Trap Bar shrugs, 1 arm DB row, Reverse Pec dec & facepulls x 3 sets. Think I've finally got facepulls where they're hitting where I want them to hit.

Had a psychic come to our holiday party at work today, he predicted a left shoulder injury (left shoulder is fine) and lower back issues.  ::)

Then he said be careful lifting  :eek:

Went to the gym at 3 and it was closed. We have 5 gyms at work so I went to another one.



Arms

8 sets biceps ss 9 sets of triceps

9 sets forearms.

Took it fairly easy on the elbows by going slow and being deliberate, (been giving me hell all week) took my sups just before the gym and had asick pump  8) Wish I had an Insta partner some days, just don't have the sac to take my own selfie pic/vid unless it's a genuine big 3 strength attempt where I can claim I just wanna see my form.
