Chest day
As usually nothing impressive like the rest of the logs in here, focus is on flat barbell work, working sets up to 225x5 then to singles of 245lb x 1 x 5, inclines up to 85 x 8 then accessory work. Took a video to check my form as I really want to focus on my form and depth, no cheating

Squatter day
Reps till 225, worked up to 3 sets of 315 singles, leg press to 570 for reps of 20 and calf raises and accessory work/triís. Attaching the vid of my second 315 single, squats felt great today and no back pain

Quick in and out early Christmas Eve squat session, didnít feel great but wasnít terrible, too many beers and cookies the night before

Try competing with Flex and hanging out the night before.  Maybe not so much cookies.  plenty of beers though.

nice job, good log. And BTW, grats on that dodge dually you got. saw the pics on IG....sweet set up!! I've got a duramax crew cab to tow my RV, wish i would have gone with the dual. Current rig has plenty of power, but towing in crosswinds and such is when i wish i had the extra stability

Thanks, itís def a beast!!!! Never realized how much of a difference  the dually would make pulling the camper!

ION I didnít log it on here but I managed a 285 bench the other day with no issues along with 95ís on the incline, but better than that I squeezed out a 325 and a 335 squat that felt fantastic!

Felt absolutely fantastic, SAF!!!!! Surprised myself with the 285, was Leary on the first set, fully expected to dump the bar, went up smoothly and just kept going after that! The new year will bring big things!
