I didn't even notice, lol.  Now, I'm going to see where they are

yup, it's about 5 minutes from my house.  unfortunately, all the times are while I'm working.....an hour away.

Wait, so it's now up to six days long on two simultaneous platforms???  Unless they're aiming to make this a full week long at some point, maybe they should consider raising the qualifying totals?   Cripes, that's a lot of lifters.

They had 3 platforms going yesterday afternoon.  I could have qualified so it must be slack

Oh damn, I missed the third platform.  LOL.  OK yeah, big meet    I haven't compared qualifying totals across different national events recently, but last time I did I know USAPL raw was way easier to qualify for than some others... like say XPC. 

I would be competing in the fed with the sky high qualifying totals :facepalm:

I have a feeling the qualification lifts are so they can fill out the field.  Just because you qualify doesn't mean you'll necessarily want to pay to travel and compete in it. I would though at least once. 

I have seen some very strong m'f'ers in this too thought  A bunch of 66kg guys benching deep into the 300s and squatting and deadlifting over 500.


I have yet to see a high squat white-lighted.  They make them go deeeeeep.
