Wow....had not been following this thread, but really awesome to read and sh!tty at the same time. Congrats to all those that competed.
@Flex.....give it a little time. The depression can be very real when you get injured. Dont let it eat you up. Make sure if you tore something....start rehabbing NOW. Light stretching, massaging...etc. Having been through a few good tears (never more than grade 2) I can say I bounced back from all of them.
As for the decision to switch up training, I can lend some perspective....but now is not the time. I am sure you will do well at anything you decide. You have a great partner in life, and an injury is only a temporary set back. Best wishes.....
