For being set a bit low you're still pushing/pulling some decent weight Rich  :)

Thanks Eric. For some of the numbers I'm closer than others. I don't think I'm too far off on bench. Deads are probably the farthest off. I used the weights from stronglifts and I topped out at 365 but that was sumo and never really felt comfortable. Squats are somewhere in between the two I think.

Another day down. went fine. OHP felt good today. I didn't think it would going in.  Anyways, here we go...

Thanks Dave. I'm liking it so far but I am light on my weights. We'll see how things run on my second cycle.

Serious weight for cgbp. I know my left shoulder doesn't like anything over 205 even though my tri's could handle it.

Day 3 done. I think I missed something but it's not on my list for today. I think it was missed when they wrote up the program. I didn't realize till I was done. Oh well, it's just bar humps.

Squats are looking strong!  And great job pressing the 135lb like it was a broomstick!


My W5D3 is tomorrow and yes, the bar humps (my good mornings) were missing this week.  Not sure why, but that's how I ran it.  Also, the W5D2 5x5 bench press only increased 1% (80%-81%) so I repeated the same weight as last week. DLs were the same, but since I can DL more than I can bench, it actually called for 5lbs more.  Weird.

Thanks Ron. My program has day 4 bench the same as last week so I upped it 5 lbs. I guess it has to do with rounding in the formula. The missed exercise is probably a typo.

OHP has been building well for me. I guess I'm used to the volume now and the shoulders have strengthened with all the benching too.
