Thanks Shawn. I'm happy with things so far as long as I survive the volume I'll be ok.

Seems like over 5 reps on bench is the killer for me. Gotta work on the stamina.

I like doing the paused. I can feel a little out of control sometimes if I try go too fast.  Besides, as the old expression goes "train like you fight"

Thanks Dave. Things are moving fairly well right now so I'm pretty happy.

No pulling on the hammies today during squats so I think I may be ok. Still keeping an eye on it though.  Good day overall. I felt a little gassed after squats but I survived another round of 7's cardio.  I didn't think OHP was going to go as well as it did. I'll have to up it a little next week and see how things go. Got the bar humps in today and upped the weight a little. I'm not a fan of them but I do feel it working. Between squishing the junk and getting into position they just kind of suck. Oh well.

Great job buddy, handled the 7's strong! Bar humps suck for those reasons you listed bigtime,  but agree they feel like a very effective accessory.

Thanks guys. Things are moving right along.

Finished week 2 today. Bench felt like crap but I'm sure when I watch it it will look fine. It wasn't horrible but it took a while to warm up.

floor was still a little wet so grip for my leg drive was a little messed up on the 2nd set.

my last rep travelled towards my head a little so I had to get it under control, hence the bobble.

Not a bad finish to week 2. I finished all the high rep shit this week without too much problem. Up the weight and try it again next week.
